1. Data controller

2. What KidexGo is
KidexGo is a parental-control service for Apple devices. Parents can create a family, add a child and devices, set time limits, manage selected apps, send commands and review usage information. KidexGo uses official Apple mechanisms including FamilyControls, ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity.
KidexGo is not designed to read message content, browse a child’s photos or inspect what is typed in other apps. Core functions do not require precise GPS location.
3. Data we may process
- parent account data such as profile name, email and account identifiers;
- Apple or Google sign-in identifiers and data supplied by the provider; KidexGo does not receive the Apple or Google password;
- family membership, roles and relationships between parents, children and devices;
- child profile name, avatar and profile identifier;
- device identifiers, device name, OS version, sync state and APNs push token;
- device/app usage information made available through Apple frameworks;
- parental-control settings such as limits, selected apps, schedules, locks and bonus time;
- technical and security logs such as IP address, request metadata, errors and diagnostic information;
- website form data such as email, IP, User-Agent and submission time.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service and account features, perform parental-control and synchronization functions, protect the service, diagnose problems, communicate about testing or launch where consent was given, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, legal obligation or legitimate interests under the GDPR.
5. Children’s data
KidexGo is intended primarily for a parent or guardian who configures rules for a child’s device. The person adding a child should be authorized to make decisions about that child and device. Information addressed directly to children is written in simpler language; see Privacy for children.
6. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to run KidexGo, such as hosting, email and technical service providers. Apple and, if selected, Google may process data for sign-in or system functions under their own terms. We do not sell personal data or share app-usage data with advertising networks.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA using legal transfer mechanisms available under the GDPR.
8. Retention
Account, family, child, device, rule and usage data are kept while needed to provide the service. After deletion, data no longer required is deleted or anonymized without undue delay, subject to backups, security needs and legal obligations.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests: kontakt@kidexgo.pl. See also Your privacy choices.
10. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related data. If the app provides an account-deletion function, use it first; you can also contact us by email. We may verify that the request comes from the account owner.
11. Cookies and website logs
The website may use a necessary session cookie for forms and CSRF protection. We currently do not use advertising or profiling cookies. Standard server logs may include IP address, request date and User-Agent.
12. Security
We use measures appropriate to the service, including HTTPS, access controls, authorization tokens, session controls, rate limits and form protections. No system can guarantee zero risk.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated as KidexGo, the law or our processing changes. The current version will be published here with the update date.
