2. Scope of the service
KidexGo is a parental-control tool for Apple devices. Depending on iOS version and device configuration it may support families, child profiles and devices, screen-time limits, app rules, locking, bonus time, usage information and remote synchronization.
3. Requirements
Some functions require compatible iOS devices, Internet access, a KidexGo account and Apple system permissions. Certain functions may also require correct Apple family, Family Controls or Screen Time configuration.
4. Parent account
The parent is responsible for account data, device access and login security. Codes, PINs and invitation links should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
5. Child and parental authority
By adding a child or child device, the user confirms that they are authorized to configure rules for that child and device. KidexGo must not be used to secretly monitor a person for whom the user has no such authority.
6. Family and multiple parents
KidexGo may allow authorized parents to share management. The inviting parent is responsible for ensuring that the invited person is authorized to access the child’s data and settings.
7. Remote commands and synchronization
KidexGo uses iOS mechanisms and push notifications. Network conditions, Apple system behavior, battery-saving features or a force-closed app may delay remote commands. Execution at an exact second is not guaranteed.
8. Acceptable use
KidexGo must not be used unlawfully, to violate another person’s privacy, bypass Apple protections, attack the service or access another user’s account without permission.
9. Availability and development
The service may be updated, temporarily unavailable for maintenance or changed because of iOS updates, Apple requirements, security or product development. Test versions may contain limitations.
10. Liability
KidexGo supports parental supervision and does not replace it. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for delays or unavailability caused by iOS, Apple services, Internet connectivity or devices outside the provider’s control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Payments
If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple billing rules.
12. Cancellation and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion in the app where available or by contacting kontakt@kidexgo.pl. See the Privacy Policy for data details.

14. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the service, law, Apple requirements or security needs evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required.
15. Governing law
Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable in the user’s country of residence.
